    Hello, a few days ago I asked for a refund of 1,000 v bucks, when I entered Fortnite I got a notice saying that an object had been removed since the v bucks had been refunded, but when I saw my account I saw that I did not have the money that I am supposed
    to have been reimbursed, does anyone know if they will give me the money or I lost it?

    Thats quite a long time, if you still have your case number I highly suggest resubmitting a ticket with a screenshot of any previous messages from support. Basically, just have evidence that your issue has not been resolved. You should also call the bank
    and see if that refund is currently pending.

    The first place to start would be by asking about which 'account' you looked for the refund at, your Microsoft Account or your bank account? I've personally never had to use the Xbox Digital Refunds process, but most online transactions that have refund
    processes on most ecommerce platforms (which can include Xbox Live) typically issue their refunds back to the main linked bank/billing account registered with that platform. You should check the bank account linked to your Xbox Live account. If you still don't
    see it then, it may still need a few days to process and be reflected properly.
