Discus and support I have not been givern my code to redeem to access my Xbox live account in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have paid for my account on Xbox live and have not received the email with my code to redeem the account. could someone please resolve this as soon...     I have paid for my account on Xbox live and have not received the email with my code to redeem the account. could someone please resolve this as soon as possible please as I was told you could possibly do this straight away as you have the tools to do so,

    Problem Redeem code

    Tried to redeem a new Xbox live code.

    When i go in to my account it says that my account have no authority to access this function and when i try to redeem the code it says that it´s allready redeemed.

    If you purchased the gold directly from Xbox, you won't receive a code. The gold is added directly to your account. You would need to check Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure the purchase went through. If there are still issues, you would need to
    contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If you did purchase a code, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance.

    Locked Profile - Can I still Download Stuff?

    I recently had my Xbox LIVE account stolen and this is what happens:

    During the pre-investigation, you can play as normal. This includes purchases, redeeming codes, etc.

    Once the investigation begins they will lock the account, and you can not redeem codes, nor access Xbox LIVE. It will give the error "Your payment option has been suspended.". The average wait time for the investigation to conclude is 25 days. Personally
    my investigation ended after 10 days.

    So to summarize, yes you can still use Xbox LIVE as a normal service. Once the investigation sets in, and your account is locked, you will not be able to access Xbox LIVE and its numerous features.

    According to Xbox Support as well: "If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, under a different Microsoft account.

    If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else."

    Xbox game codes redeemed on wrong account

    Hello,

    I was recently gifted two games by two different people. Today I decided to redeem my codes, and, since I wasn't near my xbox I decided to redeem them on my computer. I opened the xbox app and pressed the "redeem code" button but was then unable to find either game in my library. After briefly searching, I found both of them were redeemed on the wrong account despite not being the account I was signed into on the xbox app. Searching further, I found that the microsoft store account on my pc was linked to a different account than the one I use on my xbox, the same one my codes had been redeemed to. I'm very frustrated because I don't have access to the account in question on my xbox and I was definitely logged on to the correct account on the xbox app, given that I could see the code in the first place. Is there any way I can get my games on the proper account?
