    so Last year I was attacked by a xbox ambassador who is also a enforcement agent for xbox. For the past year they have had access to my xbox and accounts and have been naughty. Today they messed up and got caught halfway. (Meaning they tried to
    ban 1 of my accounts from xbox live that I wasn't even using today)Xbox customer service knows now that I was hacked and banned by a enforcer who took a loss in a game personal and decided to harass me for the past year. this is why we need the ability to
    communicate with enforcement because it only takes 1 person to destroy your account. My question is this. How can this happen and everyone I reach out to for help immediately takes the side of enforcement? Assuming is dangerous. The funny part is that xbox
    customer support told me today that my name Rockstar Developer is indeed Not impersonation of staff because they are Not Rockstar North Game's who is a partner. I'm patiently waiting for my account ban to be lifted after they are done investigating. Don't
    worry I'm not asking for you to agree with anything. I just hope that you don't automatically agree or assume anything in the future if someone says that they are innocent.

    Hmmm, I'm curious. What didn't I read? You made an accusation that isn't possible. You asked a question, and an answer was provided.

    As to "how to block ppl from my stuff in these forums who didn't read what I put but assumed something totally different", that's the peril of posting in a public forum ... I'm afraid you don't get to choose who can and cannot respond to you. The only
    way you can do that is to send a private message to those from whom you wish to receive responses.

    The answer to your question - it happens because you broke the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. Ambassadors are just fellow Xbox Live gamers and have no ability to suspend players. Even members of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team who are using their own
    personal accounts on their own time cannot suspend users at will. Both Ambassadors and XBLPET members playing on their own time do the same thing - they submit reports that are reviewed by on-duty XBLPET members. The perceived status of the reporting player
    means nothing, and all reports are treated equally.

    Xbox Support can issue that opinion about your username, but they have no sway over XBLPET. They cannot overturn an Enforcement decision. Your sole option is the case review process, if you are eligible for it. If you have submitted a case review and Enforcement
    overturns it, then that will indeed be good news.

    They hacked my account and harassed me for the past year. I violated no rules as Microsoft already sent me an apology email admitting that I done nothing wrong. So have a good day.
