    I have no idea how to fix


    I have a problem with my Xbox.

    For some reason it doesn't show gamer pictures of any of the profiles on my Xbox, but I can still see gamer pics of my friends on my friends list.

    I also can't play some of my games anymore, which has been a problem for almost a week now. I try to start them but get stuck on the initial picture, then it crashes and sends me back to home screen. Sometimes it shows an error message saying it "took too
    long to load".

    I've tried reinstalling two of the non working games 3x, resetting router, changing port in router, re downloading profile that I game share with, resetting Xbox, hard reset, downloading game while using the profile I game share with, But nothing works.

    Working: 9 Games work, 6 are mine, 3 are game shares, 3 disk copies, 6 digital.

    Not working: 4 Not working, 1 mine, 3 game shares. All digital.

    Try logging out of all profiles and then logging back in. If that fails remove the profile completely and then re-download them. Give it a try and let us know. Good Luck!

    No, it will not delete game saves.

    No. Saves are backed up to the cloud and are untouched when you remove profiles. The copy on your local hard drive should also remain, but the cloud version is definitely beyond reach.

    Ok. I redownloaded my profile, now it doesn't even show my gamertag at the top left when logged in anymore.

    Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    for results.
