Discus and support I have no Content packs for Black Ops Cold War in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, I have an issue with my Black Ops Cold War game.   1. I have no Content packs for Black Ops Cold War


    Hi, I have an issue with my Black Ops Cold War game. Even though, I brought a hard copy of the game, the content packs for Cold War won’t be available to download therefore telling me I don’t own the game. I have tried a full power cycle and re synced my data with the game, restarted my console, did a full factory shutdown, uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 3 or 4 times and none of these methods seem to work for me. I have had the game since it first came out, the only other method I haven’t tried is getting the cross-gen bundle but I haven’t brought the digital copy of Cold War and I am on Xbox 1. Some support would be very helpful

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Why Is Cold War saying I have to buy my game I have already purchased again?

    First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the game was purchased.

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and then locate the transaction for the game. Once confirmed that it is showing from there, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
