I have never used my 14 day free trial of Game Pass

This this is the second post I have made about my 14 day free trial of Game Pass I have been saving it for when I'm on vacation so I could see if it's worth the $9.99 you charge but for some reason whenever I go to sign up it automatically says I'm going
to be charged 999 today even though I have the option to choose 14 day free trial when I start the process I don't know what the glitches in your system but I'm not the only one who's having this problem I was wondering if you could fix this issue before my
vacation ends I also was going to buy a new game because all the games I buy are from the Xbox Microsoft store you can check my account I have spent thousands of dollars on games from y'all but I'm thinking I will never buy another game from y'all ever again
it's always something either I have to beg for y'all to give me my rewards which is Xbox LIVE Rewards it's always something either Xbox goes down or something I have had Xbox Live Gold for more than four years or right at 4 years and I'm contemplating on not
renewing when it expires in September after awhile you can only take so much of the DS that is happening I might give my Xbox away and buy a new PlayStation thank you have a blessed day

Free Game Pass bundled with Xbox

From the sound of it, you have already had a 14 day trial of game pass, if so, once you have used one, you cannot use another one. Feel free to give the code to someone else if you want. Let someone else have the benefits of a free trial.

Free trial and $1 promotion

I don't have a game pass or live gold subscription.

If I start the 14 day trial game pass, can I still use the $1 game pass promotion?

Same for live gold is there's a free trial.

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

You already have a free 14 day trial on game pass. Some games even have 14 day gold trials included.

As for giving any other for free when signing up, it will be abused by the public.

Yes it does show. It's for the ultimate game pass but Says 14 day trial on my bank which I already have the game pass so I don't know why it sayd 14 day trial

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I understand that not being able to purchase Xbox Game Pass 14 day trial can be frustrating but I will be happy to assist you. In regards to the 14 day trial, have you ever had the 14 day trial pass before? Or have
you ever had Game Pass before? If the answer is yes to either one of those questions then you will not be able to partake in the 14 day trial as you've already either had the 14 day trial before on your account or you've had the Game Pass before on your account.
I would recommend double checking your account to be sure of this at the
