    I never recieved my credits in Xbox Live Rewards

    I have more than 5,000 points in Xbox Live Rewards since 2017 but I never recieved credits in my account.

    We see that both events deposited successfully. You can confirm this yourself from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You spent
    your May 25th deposit of 7.75 as partial payment on 2200 Madden points on August 24th.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't receive it after the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Rewards Questions forum under support, not discussion.
    Thanks I'll be on the look out for them they're still not pending as of now.
