    I have never had customer service so bad...it's like you are trying to be bad...


    So, last weekend my Xbox prompted me for my password. I entered it and it didn't work. Probably my fault...my son and I have had xbox live accounts for many years, we have switched boxes, moved a few times and changed e-mail providers. So, have I kept good
    track of this on my account? Nope...and I'm the first to admit it.

    I have made 5 calls to support to try and get the situation addressed. 4 of these calls were dropped...the line went dead halfway through the call. On the 5th call, I gave my phone number to the customer service person and asked them to call me back if our
    call was dropped again. They agreed. 6 hours later, no call.

    I have also asked for my concerns to be escalated to a supervisor and was told...twice...that this would happen. I still have not heard from anyone.

    Finally, I tried the chat option, twice. There were so many delays in responses (60 seconds, 90 seconds) that I again gave up.

    Interesting...you sure have no trouble at all automatically charging my card when it is time for our Gold memberships to be auto-renewed. I would suggest you get your priorities straight and refocus on the customer, but I'm sure that would fall on deaf
    ears. I think I am moving past anger to feeling demeaned and sad.

    That's incorrect it's bad for business NOT customer service. that's actually great customer service.

    why would it be bad customer service no service offers such services as it's not even possible

    Name one sevice that allows it

    This prevents creating and other unauthorized things like selling accounts or dlc

    So since noone even offers such services and is a clear violation of the terms of use of many services why would it be bad customer service when noone does it?

    you have never been able to combine any account on any gaming services ever

    Or transfer nytbjng as their terms of use of any sercifes prevent ig

    dont think you will get a refund if it was a review you saw it in, but if it was in the item description of microsoft store then yes you have a right to your money back as it did not fulfilled none of those roles
