    I have Network Transferred a game but need a license


    I have used Network Transfer to install a game from my brother’s Xbox, but when I launch the game I says that I need to insert a disk or sign in on the right Xbox live account (which means I don’t have the license). Are you supposed to gain the game license
    through network transfer or is there a way to gain or share a license across your network?

    Can content that has been license transferred through 360 be moved to xbox one?

    I have many games on my 360 that I enjoy playing that have been license transferred to me. A few games have recently become backwards compatible that I want to transfer onto my xbox one, but those games have been license transferred. Is there a way that
    I can get the games from my 360, that I license transferred, onto my xbox one?

    Network Transfer Says I Dont Own Games

    The network transfer is just a way to transfer files without having to redownload them. It doesn't have anything to do with game licenses.

    Yes, you will need to transfer the licenses

    and No, that wait time can not shortened, so I'm afraid you will have to wait untill it can be done again.

    The license transfers purpose is for when someone get's a new console and needs to transfer the licenses to that new console.

    It is not there to be able to share games

    Having an issue playing some downloaded games on my 360, now that im not connected to WI-FI

    You would need to perform a license transfer in order to transfer your console licenses to the new console. After the transfer, you will need to redo load the games, but it will only be downloading the licenses, not the full games, so it does go pretty quickly.

    About the license transfer suggestion, does anyone know if can I do a license transfer per game? If that is not possible, then doing a license transfer is not a solution for me.
