I have my games purchased but is tells me to get them back to them

It seems like this is a problem that Xbox didn't know could even happen, as the error code that most are getting has never been seen before. Unfortunately this is a sit-and-wait scenario, and we're all in the same chair.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the order for the games. You should be able to see the order stated as "completed".

Also, if the order is not visible from there you will be needing to check other Microsoft account where you may have purchased it.

If you were able to locate the order make sure that you're signed in using that account on your Xbox console.

as far as I know they should replace it with the same limited editions since that is what you bought, but if you want to be really sure I do advise to contact Xbox Support, which can be done via
support.xbox.com/contact-us
