Discus and support I have multiple questions pertaining to issues!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; why is it that I can not renew my realm? why isn't my xbox one s reading my external 5 TB hard drive? especially when it was working just fine...     I have multiple questions pertaining to issues!!


    why is it that I can not renew my realm?

    why isn't my xbox one s reading my external 5 TB hard drive?

    especially when it was working just fine before.

    there has to be something wrong because

    I've never had these issues before.

    why is realms no longer showing up on the Xbox Store?

    why haven't we got the experimental play toggle for realms yet?

    I have reported the hard drive issue multiple times and I got no reponse at all.

    I think that xbox works 4 tb hard drives . This is the limit by usb. I readed it .

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with in-game Minecraft features and an external hard drive. I recommend to try the following article in reference to your external hard drive:

    In reference to questions with in-game features,

    • Are you able to complete purchases in the Microsoft Store?
    I recommend to try contacting Minecraft support for further in-game features assistance.

    Yeah it is usb 3.0 or later. Its not a hard disk. No they do exist because i've had that 5TB hard drive for 3-4 years. I was at gamestop with my nephew the day i got it and it worked just fine for 3-4 years. I already bought a 4TB. Which my cousins took
    me to gamestop on Monday the 5th of August 2019 to buy a new one.
