Were the charges made from your acount or from an unknown one?

You can check that here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If they were not made from your account, then you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charges.

This is because access is mandatory to get a refund from Xbox side

no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

If they were purchased through your Microsoft Account go ahead and log in and

submit a refund request.

There is a charge on my credit card that is a Microsoft subscription that I did not authorize, and is not associated with my Microsoft account. I need to cancel that, and I haven’t found anyone to speak to about that.

If the charge isnt appearing on your own Microsoft account then the only option would be to have your bank block the charges because cancelling/refunding the charges from the Microsoft end would require having access to the account that the charges are originating from.

Yep. Charged my account on launch day, waited in my bank account to be authorized for 4 days, then canceled the charge. Now they've just charged me again today. When I ordered on launch day I was told shipping would take 1-2 days and would be EXPEDITED.
