I have more XP than I need to level up? (Community Ambassador)

I don't understand why it is doing this I have 800/350 XP and I can't level up because of it. It also says I'm 50% from leveling up but it's been like that forever. I would really like to level up please help me...

Ambassador profile

You'll need to wait until your tenure goes up that's why that big 1 isn't going anywhere. Tenure and XP is what affects the Xbox Community Level rank. XP is the only thing that affects the Ambassador level now. There are no badges for Enforcement United
and Xbox Community Level. For now, you'll only be seeing the updated Ambassador icons on your gamer card.

Community Ambassador XP Incorrect

I could not find the Ambassador forums, seems like all links point to "Group Not Found"

Anyway, my community level seems to have been reset. I used to have 200+ for the xbl beta program, and now I'm at XP: 15/350.

Is this a known issue?

Also, how does XP work in regards to enforcement united? I've maxed out my activity for 2 days now without any xp.

The best place for you to ask this question is the ambassador forums, via the below link. It could be your tenure that is preventing you from levelling further as that is a factor into your overall % too.

As Cloud says, in order to level up you need to have a combination of both XP and Tenure.

As you have hit the XP target that is 50% towards levelling up, but the other 50% is Tenure. However, as Tenure should be earned at a rate of +1 per active day it does seem like you have an issue, so you should follow this link and post in Ambassador Support:

Also you have two Ambassador badges on your forum gamercard, which is a separate issue altogether. They can also help you with that in Ambassador Support.

I know that I have Ambassador Status because the Specialization shows up in my profile (as a level 0), just not the XP or the option to include it in the breakdown. The Enforcement United shows up just fine in both, and I have gained enough XP from it to
level up to level 1 in XCL.

Once you are eligible to be a ambassador it will let you use the ambassabank but you will need to gain the required XP to become a level 1 Ambassador that's when you receive the email about you being a ambassador try assisting some users and you will end
up gaining The XP that you need.
