Discus and support I have minecraft on my xbox one but it says I must redownload it even though I'm logged in... in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; My Xbox account and minecraft microsoft account on pc show that I do not have minecraft installed or bought and it keeps telling me I have to buy it...     I have minecraft on my xbox one but it says I must redownload it even though I'm logged in...


    My Xbox account and minecraft microsoft account on pc show that I do not have minecraft installed or bought and it keeps telling me I have to buy it again what am I supposed to do?

    You would need to purchase the PC version of the game if you want to play it on the PC. The Xbox version will only work on the console and the game is not a Play Anywhere title.

    The minecraft forums have a thread of the exact problem I am having, it was posted over a day ago and it has one response that simply says, "check the xbox support forums"

    This must be some kind of issue, as you said, with minecraft on google play... But what?? How? I can log into my live account on my device as well as my xbox works fine.

    Yes and no. So, Minecraft is a digital download for my account (account A). When she boots up her account (account B) and tries to launch Minecraft, it tells her the account that owns the game must be logged in (account A). And even though she is using it under her account, if I play a game on my Xbox, it will kick her off her game
