    I have many problems and I am confused.


    In Forza horizons 4 I can't view paint designs or go to the auction house. I am level 29 and I can play with my friends. when I click on the Find New Designs button it says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings", but I am
    on pc. Also, most of the fixes I see online say to login on xbox.com, but I can't click the sigh on button.

    Sadly I have tried all of these except the parent control one, which I can not figure out. Also it is not just forza, minecraft has the same error.

    Hi,

    Glad to hear this is now sorted for you.

    Online multiplayer related issues are usually caused by parental control settings, if not network problems.

    I forgot to mention, in my previous reply, make sure your nat type is set to ‘open’ in network settings for the best online experience. You’ll then be able to connect online with no restrictions hopefully.
