If this world is ONLY for you and no one else then you are fine. That is your home and your place to build and express yourself. However if you open up this world and let others in you are bound to the rules of Xbox live.

Like said before reviewing the CoC is best even if the world is private.

If it violate the Microsoft Code of Conduct and someone reports it with context. Enforcement Team will review the report and determine from there.

Rule to thumb if you feel like it will get you banned you probably shouldn't do it
