Have you checked for an alternate email on hotmail? They could of added there own email to your account. All they would have to do is go to recover lost password and have it sent to the added email, change the password and re-recover your account.

Yes but the problem is I don't need to recover my Xbox Live password, I need to verify it, and to do that, I need to log in on hotmail because the gmail account is linked to it -_- and they don't have the same password... We are logged on the hotmail account
but that is because the computer saved the password... if we log off, we will never be able to log back in... and when we want to recover the password by sending a verification e-mail to the gmail account, we never receive it.

If on the new email you have a gamertag associated to it there is no way to combine an account. On the other hand if the old profile has been on the console you play on you can try to

recover the email and if you are able then you will have access to it again. If you don't have access to email or phone number when it time to verify select (I don't have any of these) once you use one you have you will be taken thru an account recovery
form.

If still unable to figure it out after all this you can
