I have lost over 9500 gamerscore & need to know how I get it back. Tried tech supp & was sent ...

My gamerscore was 199,957 only a few hours ago, I've worked very hard to get to 200,000!! I've even earned a few achievements tonight. Then, for no good reason, it has dropped down now to 190196 - some games from a long time ago have dropped to 0/1000 I
can see on my list of games, some of these have not been touched for a long time. I need this restored to where it should be please and migrated back to bring it all back where it was, along with ones earned in the last 24 hours. I will wait to hear back.

I spoke to online chat tech support and after removing my account, hard resets, factory reset etc. nothing has changed so the issue needs to be resolved. Thank you in advance! Marc

I have attempted to apply to the ambassador program and meet all the requirements, but the site says my gamerscore is below 1500 when it is actually over 9500. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, thanks for trying to help. This isn't the problem. The games haven't been played for a while (some of them) and all achievements have been lost. Let me elaborate slightly as I've seen some other things on my Xbox since then. When it last synced with
True Achievements they were all there, 199597 and I have a screen shot of that. This was probably a 1-2 days ago but I still have the tab open. Somehow since then (sometime yesterday) a lot were lost and then re-synchronised it seems with my Xbox Cloud - so
now even on the Xbox website they are missing. If I look at my achievements and games - I see games I had 1000 on (several) and a lot of games where I had a few here and there, all now showing 0/1000 - I can't see a time pattern however yesterday I did uninstall
a few games and these are now showing 0/1000 - I haven't had enough time to work out if ALL of the ones I uninstalled now show 0 or just some - OR time to figure out if any that now show 0 were not uninstalled and it's a coincidence - but either way it shouldn't
happen - you can uninstall all the time to save space and not lose GS!! It's never happened to me before.

So I could (in theory) re-install the games concerned and see if the points come back - but what if I don't own them anymore??? and if I start messing around doing stuff like this, am I making it worse or preventing it from sorting itself out.

What is interesting is that my X360 hasn't been on for several weeks now (maybe 2 months) and I turned it on but offline so it wouldn't sync my profile, and that has 196k something - obviously the last time it was turned on that's what it was.

Also, if I check my monthly totals in the dashboard where you compare friends, all of this months and all of Decembers totals seem to be ok - HOWEVER - some of the games that have reset to 0/1000 would have been played in Dec / Jan - so why have the lost
points not come off that total!!

Anyway I don't care as long as they all come back! I'm so close to 200,000 I was working really hard to get to it so it better sort itself out. Any other ideas or things to try???

Hey! It'll fix itself a day to a week. Xbox is aware and it has to do with the servers computing the total score.

First you can try this; log in on Xbox.com, go to your profile, wait for 15 secs and refresh, it will fix it self.....if not try every now and then
