    I have lost my Email Account


    Hello,

    I have an old xbox account but i have lost the email...

    I can connect to it in offline but when i try to go to the xbox live i can't remember what is the email of this account...

    Is there a solution to find it in offline mode ? If not, how can i find it ?

    Lost account

    I have lost my account talked to the support people and there seems to be no way to get my account back. i have lost the phone number attached to it and there is no backup email. i have brainstormed, searched through my auto correct stuffs dug through all
    my email accounts looking for xbox emails. is there anything left?

    How do I change my profile email?

    I don't have access to one of my minecraft accounts email and password and minecraft.net doesn't help out becuase microsoft bought it out can anyone help?

    Yes I lost my email and password to the account, but I have the transaction ID of when I bought the minecraft account.

    If you have already attempted using the
    Lost Account Solution    , then the next step that I would recommend is getting in touch with

    Xbox Customer Support    , as here on the forums we don't have any other tools to assist you with recovering a lost account.

    Contacting Xbox Customer Support can be done by following these steps:

    Log into Support.Xbox.com

    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • Step 2 : Select Billing and accounts then See other options
    • Step 3 : Select your Issue – Recover my account
      • Select - Show contact options
      • Select – Request a call from Support

    I hope this was of some use to you. I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this may have induced.
