I have lost my account

I have went to sign into my xbox account only to be told it no longer exists and the email has changed and anytime I try to sign into my account it has for it to be verified but I cant because it is no longer in my email. I have tried phoning support but it just tells me to go on to xbox for support and when I do that and I say my account may have been hacked it then tells me to reset my password but I can't because my email has been changed or I have been banned I cant find out and anytime I try and get a call its down and there is no phone number to call. Im asking her for real peoples help since I have no idea what else to do I have lost my full account all my games progress and money I have spent.

I have already tried this but apparently the information isn’t right even thought I haven’t changed address, haven’t changed my bank details, the only thing that has changed is my email and password and I’ve lost everything because a bot sees I put the wrong birthday in because I can’t remember the birthday as I made this account before I was 18 so I put a different year in

I already created this account with the same email because it sayed I didn't have a Microsoft account and It didn't let me send any screen shots or that because it got declined by the bot

ill try but they cant help me if i dont remember my account :s even if i been using the other account for get logued in into the Xbox until the reset :S
