    Besides buying the game new (or used with the code still present), there is no way to get a replacement code (at least not to my knowledge).

    Otherwise people would simply buy a game, sell the code, and then tell support that "their dog ate the code" or whatever to get a new code for free (which they could sell to someone else), and repeat the "I lost/ate/burned my code by accident, and need a
    new one. And this time I'll be more careful, I swear to me mum!" procedure to make a profit from their "free replacement" codes.

    So I'm afraid, if you lost the code, then you lost access to the game.

    I have this problem. I also had a problem with bfbc2 where my vip/ limited status was lost so i couldn't play the extra maps. I did get in contact with ea and they gave me a new code.

    If you've already redeemed the code, then the game is tied to your account and there's no need for the code.

    Otherwise, the only way to get a new code is to buy one. Microsoft is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

    yep bought new and it has the inserts, one is for the online pass (which has a code) the other is for the mass effect 3 beta. and unfortunately i have lost the receipt, im kind of ADD that way! lol but no insert for the map pack?! super sad!

    DLC Leak FAIL.

    How is it wrong... There is nobody saying you need to buy the maps. There are many people who the maps will be new for. The developers still have to code them to work properly with the new version of the game... I have no problem with them giving us maps
    people enjoyed from past versions of the game. If you really are upset, don't spend the $$ on the DLC.
