i have litteraly nowhere else to post this please help im locked out of logging into my...

Im having the same issue ive done tried everthing and its not working i litteraly cant do nothing.

Someone else was logged in, and I need to log off that account to use mine.

But the Log off button was nowhere to be seen...

And also, my gamertag was supposed to be ers. My keyboard glitched and didn't type the "ers" in "Summers"...

yeah nothing to the community of the console but i see why its a joke now they put in place a system for other people to volunteer their time to help thier customers like im trying to be polite and stuff even tho im grinding my teeth in anger over this.
locking me out of my entire account can't use my email and will probably lock me out of my computer if i log out il lcheck out those links though see what i can do when they close their call number at 3pm my time.
