I have lifetime points that I've never have redeemed before and I was wondering how do I redeem them, does it auto redeem ?

I have 14,100 lifetime rewards and redeemed only 400

I have never used Xbox live rewards and it says I have redeemed 400 points and I have 14,100 lifetime points... How do I get those 14,100 points I've never used

I cant Access my microsoft points

I have over 12,000 lifetime points and I have not redeemed them. I don't know how to redeem them or access them for that matter. All of the rewards that I've accomplished and games Ive bought to achieve more points don't register?? Please help as I would
really like to cash in for spending so much money. My gamertag is thank you.

Your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes credits that are still pending as well as any that have already been deposited. If you check your statement on the MyRewards section of the site
will list how many you have pending and how many have been deposited as well as when any deposits took place. Credits are automatically deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Or you can request a deposit
when you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000). You can verify deposits by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

We schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Furthermore, you can see a record of all Credit and Deposit events from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. There you will see you received two deposits for all your lifetime Credits. You can then verify these deposits as currency into your Microsoft
Account from the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
