I have just changed my home hub, now when I try to log in to Xbox live it tells me I am not...

No error code, I just go to the main menu of my Xbox One and go to the internet settings, it says I am connected to Xbox Live. But when I am on the home screen, instead of showing me all the ads that come with being logged in, it is just showing me the offline connection screen. And any time I try to play any games on Xbox Live, it automatically logs me out of Xbox Live and tells me to log back in. When I try to log back in, it refuses to do so and says the servers are down or cannot be reached. Clearly there is an outage that I cannot even report because the website for reporting it does not work either.

I'm trying the Xbox method. But when I log in with my email, it says redirecting to google sign in. Then the url changes to have logged in, in it. But then goes back to home without my account being logged in.

It didn't create a new one it just made it auto log in somehow. Now I logged in I don't need help. Thanks for giving me hope.

I am listed on my xbox as one gamertag, but when I try to log in on the computer it comes up with a generic gamertag. I can't change anything, and if I try to change the generic tag to my tag on the xbox, it tells me that name is already taken. Also, the
generic tag does not have any of the games that I play on it. I used to be able to log in with my old tag, but for some reason it has all changed.

i am having an issue logging onto Xbox live. First it asks me to update my security. Asks me my email and password. Then, when everything I have entered is correct, it says "sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Code:00000000

I just had this same problem right now. Try logging into your microsoft account on a different device (PC, phone...) then try logging in again on your xbox

I think I had this before.

In the network settings there should be an option to "Reset network settings to the defaults".

Run this, restart the Xbox and then re-connect your Wireless and try log-in to Xbox Live.

What router is it by the way?

I had this issue on a BT Home Hub, but since moving home my Netgear gives me no issues.
