It doesn't say canceled, its just that transaction is not there. I have chase as my bank and i know their doing updates to the site so maybe its not updating cause the money for the game went back into my account, it probably went thru but its going thru
the system updates so its probably messing up . But when i go on gamestop website and check on my order, its still there and the status says " open " , i think if got canceled , i would've gotten an email stating that. I just hope it didn't get canceled and
its just a minor glitch with chase system .

No there is no transaction that is stated as complete. But i'm a 100% sure that its the correct account, i do know that i bought the game. I don't really mind if its impossible to refund it. I would just like to know how to fix the problem of it not showing up in my library. It couldin't be the pass because we all bought the game at the same time for 2 of my friends everything is fine as far as i know, for me and one other friend its not showing.

The question that comes to mind here is what region code is your console? Does Brazil use NTSC consoles or PAL consoles? If your console region type does not match the profile's region coding type, then the game is unlikely to work.
