    I have just bought 1 month Xbox gold and i still can’t play Xbox online I have Xbox one


    I recently subscribe for one month gold and the first month has been paid for and I still don’t have gold. I’ve been on my account and seen that the transaction was complete but when I try to play online It’s says you need Xbox gold to play but i already
    have. I then went on Microsoft’s account and it says I bought gold but it expired the same day. How can I fix this or get my money back.

    X box live gold doesn’t work with FIFA 18

    I just ordered a Xbox Live gold for 1 month and I received a mail that I got a Abonnement but I can’t play fifa 18 online .

    I get a message that I have to subscribe for Xbox gold ( but I did already)

    Hi man, same here, i just buy a 12 months xbox live gold today and cant play PUBG or Fornite (i dont have more games with online), so sad, i recently bought an Xbox one X and still cant play online

    And i played online with it(I think on the begginig of March),but some days later i can’t play online again!

    It appears to me i can pick up the games and play the Xbox one games FROM gold,but i don’t can play online :(

    Currently Gold is required to play online in all games. They are working on removing that requirement from free-to-play games.
    I can’t play my ESO game because it says I have to have Xbox live and Xbox game pass but I bought both of those and it says I already have both of them but it still won’t let me play on Elder Scrolls On Line

    Do you think you can help me please?

    And I even tried to restart it as well but I still can’t play 😞

    I have the same issue.. I bought 12 months of xbox live gold 2 months ago.. and I canceled my 1 month free trial of xbox ultimate.. when I did that it cancelled my xbox live gold, I should have 10 months of gold left over.. your saying they just steal
    my money and theres no way to just continue on gold I should have unless I buy it all over again?
