hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.

My xbox live account has been banned. I have no idea why it happened. I do not recall doing anything that would merit such actions. Is it possible that i have been hacked? Does this happen to others? I did notice that my avatar has changed and have
had problems logging in before the ban appeared on screen. Can someone please tell me what happened and why?

My First born child who has already been banned for 1 week Communication ban and now has told a random kid on Xbox his IP through this app and know has been banned and I don't know if it's going to be a 2 week ban or permanent because we play on he same xbox in the living room on separate accounts and now I can no longer play and we have spent a lot money on the account and think my account should work or we should get a refund from my son's account

it says this console has been banned from xbox live and when i click connect comes up with a big message and i haven't gotton anything been trying to get support for a week and 2 days now still no reason to why i'm banned nothing in my email or anything
or even on the website just my poast account bans that was a long time ago ,how would i know what general rule i broke if noone tells me? thats all im asking for

i was told by support that my xbox was banned on the 31 of august and its connected to my Xbox and they can see the ban but only enforcement team can tell me why im banned

all i've been asking support and posting for a week is why im banned and if i broke a *general rule* what rule did i break? i've just been playing my xbox then reboot to see im banned
