I have internet connection but can't log xbox live

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Is it a fast enough internet you do have to have atleast a download speed of 1 Mb to connect online and well I'm sure you have that but there could also be an issue with the xbox live service as right now some games are also having trouble allowing players
to invite eachother

The Teredo issue you are displaying could certainty be the culprit behind this.

Before we move to the more complex troubleshooting steps, I would like to try to have you use the Google DNS for your IPv4 settings. This can be configured by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. Select Advance settings.
7. Select DNS settings.
8. Select Manual.
9. For the Primary IPv4, you will use 8.8.8.8.
10. For the Secondary IPv4, you will use 8.8.4.4.

After this you can select Alternate MAC address and select
Clear.
