    I haven't heard of or have ever received an "Xbox birthday present". If anything, you'd want to sign up for the Rewards program - Xbox Live Rewards

    I am signed up for Xbox Rewards. On it's website in the description it mentions birthday suprises.

    Actually it used to be 20 points when points were a thing, then it was just an image of a birthday cake. Nothing sent over Live messages though. Now it's VIP gems.
