I have had my rewards for some time and it says I have over 5000 but it still hasn't given ...

Lifetime credits is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes credits that have already been deposited as well as any that have already been deposited.

If the same amount is pending, then that means they haven't been deposited yet and would be scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you got to 5,000 credits.

If you have a smaller amount pending, that means you've already had some credits deposited. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site would list any deposits you would have previously had. You can verify deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com

As Smwutches says, lifetime Credits includes Credits which have already been deposited into your account. Your pending Credits are the Credits which have yet to be deposited. Since you are beneath the 1000 pending Credit minimum required to request a scheduled
deposit, you cannot get those deposited at this time. If you are wondering where your payback is for any purchases made this month, We award MyVIP payback as a monthly whole, which is placed in your account as pending midway through the following month, so
it is too early to see payback for purchases made in November.

Once rebates are given, they are shown with the last date of the month they are for. They are never actually given on that date though.

Yes, exactly, my pending credits hasn't changed since showing my pending rebate credits for June. The only credits showing as pending are from June's purchases, which I haven't yet received because I haven't hit 5000 yet. By now,
my rebate for the purchases I made in early July should be at least showing as pending, surely? It even says on the rewards page that "it takes 96 hours" for pending rewards to change. The purchases I made in July would put me well over the 5000 needed to
trigger a deposit, so I am sure my pending credits hasn't changed to reflect July's purchases.

Just curious did you get the 5,000 points from the puchcard from calling support or the rewards for the xbox quests?

Two separate issues there, right? The reward for the October Xbox Quest was resolved by calling support (see my last response to myself on the last page), ultimately ending with having my account directly credit as I should have been in the first place for
completing the tasks. It took a lot of time and effort to get there.

The 5000 points for the punchcard (the one where you had to gain an achievement in Forza Horizon 4 and other games) I also had issues with it tracking anything as did many others, but given that's to do directly with Rewards there is no direct live chat
or phone contact for that. I had to submit a request via their web form, and I was only ever told "we're looking into it" once via email and then had my subsequent three responses to that ignored over the next few weeks. Eventually I received another email
saying that they were aware of issues and got credited 5000 Rewards points.

Basically, it seems Microsoft Support generally have no idea whatsoever about such promotions and rewards, there's almost no communication as to who has real responsibility over such things either. They just don't seem to know themselves. It's so frustrating
I don't think I'll bother with any future promotions, it's just not worth it given there's been a far, far higher chance of it going wrong than working as expected meaning you then have to deal with the above.

I had over 5000 points on my account, but now I only have 170. So I looked at my buying history and it said I had spent 5000 points on some GOLD PLAYER PREMIUM. Does anyone know what that is?
