I have had my accounts voice chat and other communications suspended for a week.

I received abusive messages from 2 players after playing a game of SMITE on xbox one. I defended myself and me and the other players engaged in a back and forth in which the players personally insulted me and my girlfriend in graphic and disgusting detail.
I didn't report them and they have reported me for swearing at them? I have had my accounts communications suspended for a week as a result which I find outrageous. Can I speak to someone ASAP about this as this is ridiculous and anyone that would read the
messages can clearly see that my suspension is wrong.

I got suspended for voice communications for no reason for 2 weeks.

so my account J1nXD3vil got suspended from voice communications for two weeks for no reason. I checked all of my message chats and I had not put any hateful comments or messages. I just got a new game and I can’t chqt and play it with my friend. Please help
me.

I have a suspension on every account thats on my xbox

Recently I have been suspended for voice chat on xbox but 3 days after the initial suspension I get an Enforcement action notification on EVERY account that's on my xbox saying (They have not been suspended they are new accounts, literally just made 5 of
them to test this theory) that I've been suspended from Multiplayer, Communication, and social. Yesterday I was able to play online on my account that was voice chat suspended (My main account) so idk why I am automatically suspended from all my accounts for
voice chat. Also the worst part is...there is no due date/deadline for the enforcement action where i cant play multiplayer/communicate on my other accounts, I am confused on why I am banned because there is no specific account on which I am banned because
i get the notification on every account on my console and I even talked to xbox support 6 times and they have no idea so I test something myself. I had a friend of mine sign into my account to see if the global ban was coming from my main account with the
actual voice communication account and he was able to play online without a problem just wasn't able to talk in a party and send messages as expected. I am confused to believe that this is a console issue or an account issue.

Some one please assist me in any way, my gamertag is but like i said i can't talk until 3/24/18

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

What's going on?

So I can Report anyone that I please without having a reason why im making that report and easily get that players Chat communication Suspended even if I dont like what i hear from what they say

No. You can report someone for any reason you want, but the enforcement team is going to investigate the report. If they find the person violated the code of conduct, they will be suspended. If they find that the person did nothing wrong, then nothing will
happen.

ok SO Then why am im getting Communication chat suspended with in the a week of getting unsuspended from my last Chat suspended huh as soon as I am able to chat I never use my chat headset and either way I get suspended no matter what apparently the System

my 1st Suspended was back in May 1st-15th, a week later near the end of the month May 27th-28 I get a quick chat suspended right away because I ended up sending a message to a player in Battlefield 4 sending him a Message ( Quote: PTFO) that's all I said
and right there I was instantly Chat Suspended just cause I send him a PTFO Message. The once again I got Chat Suspended Abused again in the Same Month into the 1st week of June May 31st-June 1st, same Message I send them I get a Chat suspended. After this
Last Chat suspended I gave it a whole month and Moved to the Playstation due to the fact that Players were abusing the System to report players getting them Suspended because they don't have a reason why I decided to come back at the end of this month and
now I am suspended for 2 weeks June 25th-July 10th on my Chat communication on the same Message I send players in the past and Im the problem I can't say PTFO which means Play the F*****g Objective come on now

This Player Report System is being abused and needs to be fixed I've been an Xbox Live member since 2005 never had an issue like this till now

They just suspended two days ago on Saturday....like I said Daft it was a full week of me having my voice and BAM suspended again.

Hello I got my account suspended and cannot use any communication chats or party chats because I’m suspended. I cannot login to see how long my suspension is. Is there anyway to look into my account and advise me how long my suspension is for?
