    I have had it!


    This has got me to my breaking point! I have been trying to play Black ops 2 backwards compatible many times but why can't I go online? Keep in mind that I have played it backwards compatible many times before this. I have chatted with many people on your
    support team about this issue ane the only answer I get is that theres a "maintenance issue". And clearly THERE IS NOT! The people I spoke to all gave me the same answersI have had it! :Do a full refresh of the console, and delete the game short refresh the console and download
    it again. After the second one it usually works but then the next day it does the same thing as before! Why I got so frustrated, because it take FOUR HOURS for it to go through this process! Clearly this is not a maintenance issue and no I was not banned.
    Please do something about this.

    We appreciate your response. To further troubleshoot your concern, you can follow the suggested methods below:

    Method 1. Reset your apps.

    1. Press Windows + R on the keyboard.

    2. Type msconfig, and then click OK.

    3. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.

    4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.



    Method 2. Reset Windows Store cache.

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 

    2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin). 

    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 

    4. Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store. 

    5. Update the Xbox App in the Windows Store.  

    6. If there is no option for you to update it, uninstall and reinstall the app.

    I have had it!

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    First of all, nobody on these forums is any sort of EXPERT. We are all players who are trying to help.

    Your loyalty to xbox doesn't give you any special privalige to get things ahead of others. Stuff like this is never certain.

    The current word is that they hope to have all of north america finished on the 23rd at the latest, but may take up to the 26th.

    What's the big deal? It's coming out in waves, so calm down. I'm still waiting too, but as long as I can play my games, and have fun with my friends, I'm fine. Just have a little bit of patience.

    Forgive me for asking, but what issues are you having right now that you hope the update will fix? Is XBL running poorly for you? Is your dash not working? Just curious, having no issues myself.
