    I have/had an error with my giftcard balance which causes me to miss out on a sale.


    I was planning on buying Sea of Thieves on the sale but noticed I had nothing on my giftcard while buying and since it was 30% off ($27.99). Is it possible for me to be able to have that same sale for a limited time once my issue resolves?

    Once a sale ends, it is not possible to get that price unless it goes on sale again.

    Thank's for your reply Josef, I'm using the microsoft gift. I have redeem the giftcard and I have check the balance to see that it work but when I try to used it in game call Efootball it's doesn't work and it has an error call: 16-7-0-0. Can you help me with that?

    Thank you for your post, Moz. I did indeed decide to call support one last time. If I'm honest, they have been fairly helpful in the past, on the rare occasions I've had cause to contact them, so hey.. I'll give them a chance. On the phone I explained again
    (as i did in my 3 previous calls) that the reason I was interested in purchasing the game was the fact that it was on sale. Hopefully they'll take that into account this time. In the meantime, I have to wait another 2 to 3 days for a reply. Aargh. I really
