I have had an error 'something wrong our end' when trying to add funds to my sons account....

Hi, When I go to family to add funds to my sons account the only option I have to credit him with funds is via the registered debit card, rather than my account balance. ???

This can happen sometimes, I recommend restarting your Xbox and checking again.

It is a server overload issue. try power cycle console: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

Be sure to check your credit card statement. My husband had the same issue. When I checked our credit card statement, we were charged for it 13 times! He kept getting an error message saying that something went wrong on their end & to try again.
