I have had 3 Xbox One's and they still can't diagnose my problem

Make a new guest network? Not sure how to do that

 

wow these instructions don't even match what I am seeing in the Advanced Wireless section, there is no Guest Wireless Network (SSID2). These are the options it gives me in my router

Wireless

Wireless Radio

2.4GHz Primary Wireless Network

2.4GHz First Guest Wireless Network

2.4GHz Second Guest Wireless Network

5GHz Primary Wireless Network

5GHz First Guest Wireless Network

5GHz Second Guest Wireless Network

You'd want to make a first guest network and try that. There are subtle differences between the various suprhub models so be sure to select your suprhub from the list on that link you provided.

 

Ok I clicked 2.4GHz Guest Network, clicked the enable checkbox, given the SSID a name XB1, clicked check box enable SSID, security mode WEP, WEP Authentication AUTO, 64bit Encryption, entered WEP Passphrase and clicked Generate, allow all devices and then
applied...and it still doesn't I get the same errors this game has taken too long to start.

 

On step g. it says 'Enter the required network key in the Key 1 text box.' and this instruction is wrong as I had to enter in WEP Passphrase and then click 'Generate' and it says the same on all router differences for SuperHub 2ac and Superhub 2, and the
former 2ac is mine I think as my hardware version is 3.11

 

You are connecting wirelessly to the guest network?

Just out of curiosity could you remove and then add your account back to the Xbox and then try your games please.

 

No I am not, I need to use wired from router to Xbox One.

And removing my account the support rep has already asked me to do this before but I will try again.

 

Removing my account made no different.

Someone told me I need to open my ports for Xbox One which I have now done but using an online open port checker they still stay they are closed for the Xbox One IP address

You're best opening the ports in the super hub settings, have you tried a factory reset of your super hub and as silly as it seems sometimes just plugging the Ethernet cable into another port on the super hub can help.

You could also try putting the superhub into modem only mode, connect the Ethernet cable into the yellow port just above the coaxial cable on the superhub and see if that helps any. If that works then you at least have a start point to try other things.

 

best option is to give the superhub back to your isp (you are probably paying $120.00 a year for it ) and get a cheap MODEM ONLY and a cheap netgear router.....you may keep fiddling with the settings and get it to work , some have had luck , most haven't....superhubs
, technicolor , and arris are famous for "known issues" with xbox one....changing setting sometimes work for a while , then revert...lag , disconnections and other connection issues are the results....

 

No that is what I meant I have opened the ports in the SuperHub and applied them but using a website tool to actually check if they are open once you've done so in the SuperHub and the website said the ports I had opened to the IP address of the Xbox One
were still closed.

I am not sure what Modem Mode is or how it would affect my other devices (PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, Mobile, LiFx Light bulb, Mobile Phone) but it says "Enabling modem mode allows you to connect your own wireless kit to the new Super Hub" which isn't
relevant anyway as I want my Xbox One to be wired not wireless so I don't need to try Modem Mode or whatever that is.

Modem only mode would though allow you to connect your xbox wired and disable all wireless functions. It's only to test if things work with that, the option is in the advanced settings of the superhub.
