I have graphics problems

Hi,

I have a graphics issue with my xbox one. The issue is the flickering and juddering on shadow of the tomb raider and call of duty ww2. It has only developed just recently.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Is there a fix?

Thanks for this. I have performed the soft reset. Unfortunatley i am still having the issues on tomb raider particulary at the cut scenes. And the same issues on call of duty, but all other games are fine? Any ideas? Thanks.

Does your console homepage sometimes go into different Languages ?

Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this, Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console.
