    For Christmast I have got a new pad for my xbox one. After three days the ''X button'' has stopped working. I have tryed to register my pad to recieve support, but Microsoft register system says me that the serial number is invalid. What do I have to do?

    Invalid S/N Elite Controller

    I really need to get my controller registered so I can have it repaired but when I put in the S/N is says it's invalid. And yes I'm using the right numbers because it's label S/N on the box so at this point I have no idea what to do

    Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter Serial Number QUESTION

    i have been looking for where the hell the s/n is for my headset that i purchased sperately from my xbox. So i should use the one that is on the adapter that came with the head set and i dont need to remove the ear pad and find a s/n there to get it registered
    ..... i have had for 2 months and Game Stop would not just swap them out told me i had to go through Microsoft. That is fine by me but no one at game stop could tell me what to use as my serial number. they said i should just use my xbox Sn and order the
    replacement there... but i have already done that for the headset that came with the unit that the mic stooped working on.... funniest part is that is the same thing that happens to my 70 headset that i purchased... both lasted about 2 months of halo 5 play..

    and thats a lot of play time,.
