I have got a free 3-month subscription to Xbox Live Gold, but some options and infos appear to be not available. Could something happen? According to the picture above, it appears that:

"Change subscription" and
"Redeem code" options are
black and can be used, while "Edit Payment Options" is
gray and it can't be used. Is this because (while I was activating the 3 free month) in the infos was written "Prepaid Card"?

"Auto-renewal" seems to be already
turned off (on the picture: "Rinnovo: Disattivato"). Is that ok?

"Price renewal: N/A" ("Prezzo rinnovo: N/D") and
"Payment: N/A" ("Pagamento: N/D"). Does N/A appear because the Auto-renewal is turned off?

Is everything I described here ok or there is something wrong and that should appear, in my Xbox 360, different?

i have a new xbox live account and i want to have my free live gold month but the option doesn't appear

is the free xbox live gold month still availlable ?

how can i get it?

Free Xbox Live Gold?

A couple years back when I first got an Xbox 360 I was able to get 3 free 1 month subscriptions to Xbox Live Gold. I was just wondering if they still do that anymore or if I'll have to go with a paid subscription.

Extra info if anyone cares: just got a new xbox a little less than a month ago, tried doing the free live thing like before but the option wasn't there.

Everything is showing as it should. Since you used a prepaid card you don't have a payment option and auto-renewal would not be turned on.

you need a valid payment option attached because it is a subscription, the first month is free.

The free month of Xbox Live gold can be applied from the account creation process if you are making a new account.

Or

If you already have a Microsoft account and don’t have an active Xbox Live Gold paid subscription, you may be able to sign up for an Xbox Live Gold one-month free trial subscription.

Here’s how to sign up:

Sign in to the Subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
If you’re eligible for a free trial, you’ll see Gold – 1 Month FREE Trial as a subscription offering. Select Gold – 1 Month FREE Trial, and then select Next.
If prompted, add a payment option to your account. If you already have a payment option on file, you can use that.

Important At the end of the first (free) month, your trial subscription automatically turns into a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription that renews monthly by default. The paid Xbox Live Gold subscription will renew to the payment option you
added to your account.

If you don’t want the Xbox Live Gold one-month free trial subscription to renew, you must cancel it. See “How to cancel an Xbox Live Gold trial subscription,” below.

Xbox no longer offers the free month trial.

Some games or console bundles may include a prepaid code for a 2, 3, or 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
