I have Gold subscripcion but cannot play any online game

I have a gold subscription for three months that expires on September 18 of this year but since last July 24 I have not been able to play any game onlie, everyone tells me that I do not have Gold but I reiterate, my account expires until September

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with Xbox Live! If you're having this issue on an Xbox One, let's have you try

removing your profile, power cycle (hold down power button for 8-10 seconds) and then add your profile back.

If the above steps haven't cleared up the issue please reach out to
Phone/Chat support to take a look into your subscription. They may need to refresh it.

Hello Microsoft, i think that i am not the only one hwo has done this critique, but, i think is necessary.

i want to know, why fortnite in xbox still workin with xbox live gold, i can't pay every month the price of that subscripcion, and also, playstation players can play fortnite without psn plus, why you don't do the same thing,fortnite without xbox live gold,
it could be genial for people that can't pay the subscripcion.

Microsoft aren't going to change their policy of requiring Xbox Gold to play online, so you have three options:

1: Cough up for Xbox Gold

2: Get a PS4

3: Don't play Fortnite

Easy really.

you need a paid gold membership to play any 360 game that has online play, online sorry yours is the free silver account that cannot.
