I Have Gold Next To My Gamertag And I Dont Have Xbox Live Gold

I noticed this yesterday when I hit the home button on my controller and I tried making a reddit post but didn't have many answers idk if I can link it but I'll post the pic I used.I don't have xbox live gold and I'm the only person in the household with
an xbox and only account on it. Idk how to game share and how to check it on my console and I never gave out my info. What does this mean? I also checked to see if anyone bought anything with my account and I can confirm that no one has bought was anything.
I did restart my console and power cycle but it's still there.

what you need to do is delete profile and redownload it. Go to settings-system-storage-hard drive-profiles-select your profile-select delete-select delete profile only-press the guid button on your controller- select download profile-enter in your microsoft
account and password-and presto! working gold

Actually, you have to enter your billing information in there (credit card) in order to redeem the 30 day free trial. You can create a new account and do the same steps but include a billing information. It should let you redeem the 30 day free trial.
