    I do not know what kind of troubleshooting you've already attempted, but have you first tried a
    power cycle to your console?

    Sometimes, recent changes to your Gold subscription may not be "seen" by your Xbox yet. Power cycling helps refresh the console to the current state of your account.

    contact support, They will be able to check if your account region matches your subscription region. Sometimes this might be causing it. Or some billing issues.
