    Hello, someone to help me: buy 3 months of gold and several days after I did not let me play multiplayer, it was like I did not have it but when I go to the system it tells me if I have it.

    i want to play online but it does not let me tell me that "missing multiplayer privileges" but i do not know why, if l have GOLD, what can i do???

    Me too I renewed it 2 months ago and it will not let me play online and I even put in a Xbox live trial code and said ' you already have an Xbox live gold membership' and still would not let me play online???

    Redeeming a 14 day Gold trial...

    That is exactly what I have been trying to do and it won't let me. It keeps telling me "You need an Xbox LIVE Gold Membership to play multiplayer games online. Would you like to become a Gold member today?"

    Thank you for letting me know. Do you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? Because it is required to play an online multiplayer game.

    There's a problem the same problem but a little different. It won't let me play multiplayer online split screen is fine though,I do have gold, everything is up to date and another thing, it won't let me join parties.what's wrong??
