i have Gold but i cant sign in to my games

Sorry you having issues with signing into your account. You can check the status of Xbox Live to see if Xbox live is experiencing any issues https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status.
Also, sometimes removing your Xbox Account from your console and adding it back can help if Xbox Live doesn't have any alerts.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with Apex and Fortnite.

If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [Keep my games and Apps]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

You may need to contact Microsoft Support, check your subscription status in the settings menu to see how up to date it is and take a screenshot as evidence that you are currently subscribed. It sounds like server side, it is not registering your account
as an active gold member.
