    I have Gold, but I cant play any games


    I was playing on xbox live two nights ago, yesterday I could no longer use gold features. I thought that it was because Xbox had a service issue but I tried again today and still the same issue. Whenever I try to play any game I am taken to a screen that
    tells me to buy Xbox Live Gold. I have a year membership and have tried re-downloading my account, hard resetting, uninstalling the game, and still nothing. I cant do anything even though I have paid for it.

    I also had game pass but let the subscription run out, wondering if this is part of the trouble since there is the game pass bug right now.

    I have Gold live but cant play any MMO games

    I have an Xbox Gold Live membership that i pay for monthly and have been able to play online up until this weekend. Every time I try to play Roblox or Fortnite they both say i need a gold live membership. My account is in good standing and i have not been
    suspended. Why is this happening?

    Hey there rex,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. Now when you are saying that you wan't to play games without internet, Have you already gone through your settings and turned on your consoles

    offline mode    ?

    Go ahead and set up your Home Xbox first and once your
    Home console is set     to your console you can go ahead and turn on the Offline mode. Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

    Same thing happened to me today first and only issue I had but holding power down fixed it. MS will update and fix asap im sure of that.

    Try power cycling the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds to see if that solves your issue.
