    I have Gold but every time I start up a game it redirects me to buy gold.


    I have Xbox live and when I go to check memberships it tells me it expires in May but when I try to join a party or start a game it doesn’t work and tells me to buy gold. I have tested multiplayer connection and ran nat, network, and multiplayer’s scans
    but it says everything is good I just tried to hard reset my Xbox and I’m having the same problem I just wanna play some fortnite and sea of thieves lol.

    Just bought xbox gold and it even shows on my account. However i cannot do anything that comes with gold. Every time i do it tells me to buy x box gold. I thought it was a problem with the x box gold card, so i subscribed. Now it says Im subscribed, but
    i still cannot do anything related to x box gold it still redirects me to buy gold.

    Bought GOLD for a year, now it's telling me I have to renew it after about 20 days of using it.

    I have this problem too. I just redeemed a 12 month xbox live gold but my xbox and the website isn't recognizing it. I can't download games with gold because it redirects me to a page where they tell me to buy a gold subscription

    Game Pass Ultimate with no Gold benefits

    Im experiencing the same issue. I have xbox game pass "ultimate" but I stopped having the gold benefits and it started happening only about a week ago because right before that I purchased a game with the gold discount but now when I select a game in the store that's in deals with gold it no longer let's me benefit from the discount and asks me to join xbox live gold ?? and even when I click join xbox live it redirects me to my subscription tab when it says that my game pass ultimate is active until august. I tried the deleting the account and login in again and also did the full console reboot several times to no avail.
