I have gold and my connection to live is fine, but cannot connect to any game servers

As mentioned above, have gold and connection to live is fine, but cannot connect to any game servers. First I thought it might be because I was using wifi so I wired in and ha the same issue. Next, I thought it would be my router/modem/internet provider
but hooked everything up the same way with a friends Xbox one and his works. For example I'm playing an EA sports or 2K sports game it says I must connect to Live and to check my configuration and wires when I'm clearly already online. If anyone any suggestions
please let me know.

im trying to play bfc2 online and its says "connection failure - cannot connect to ea online" but ive tested my connection and im conected fine and i have a months gold memebership...any ideas?

Cannot connect to EA Access Hub X1

My xbox one is having problems with EA. I have never been able to connect to Need For Speed Rivals. And now with the new EA Access Hub, I cannot connect to EA servers to even create an account.

All my other X1 online activity and gaming is fine. I can play multiplayer Titanfall and all other games no problem. But the stupid EA thing is clearly an issue. The NAT is open and all internet connections are just fine.

Hey there! sorry to hear you are having this issue. As of right now there is a service alert for some core services that are acting up. Your issue might be a result of this. Keep an eye the xbox status page at

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status and if you are still having problems after service has returned to normal, let us know!

I'm getting a "cannot connect to Xbox Live" message since installing this update. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled. Any ideas? My network connection is fine, unless this is just a LIVE issue in itself.

I am having the same problem, with black ops 2, mass effect 3, and any other games that has online features. I tested my connection with my ps3, 3ds, mac, iphone, etc and the internet is working just fine. It just seems that for whatever reason, my xbox
live account cannot connect to other gaming servers and I have tried all the solutions I found online... what in the world is going on here!?!?!??!?!?

Just to clarify, you are only having issues connecting to the game servers, but are connected to LIVE fine, correct?
