I have Gold and can download/play gold games just fine, but can't play online

Last week I bought an Xbox One (my first time buying an Xbox) and yesterday I went on to get a live subscription and the console said I can get a 1 month free trial, so I chose that. I've inputted all the details (including a valid credit card) and
my free trial started. As proof, I was able to download the games with gold and play them (single player) just fine. However, when I tried to play them (or Doom or GoWU) multiplayer, I get
this. When I click "continue", I get
this. So, thinking that by choosing the 1 month option it would recognize that I already have 1 month, I click it, but then get
this. My subscription is most definitely up to date as you can see in my profile. I've reset/power cycled my console multiple types, logged out and back in, but all to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear about the issue. I see you mentioned power cycling your Xbox One console, let's try a couple other things.

• Please
  Remove Your Xbox Live Account from your console
• Power Cycle your console
  
• Ensure your Xbox Live account reflects the region you are physically located in. Here's how to
  
  Change the Region of Your Xbox Live Account
• Turn on your console and re-add your account

Give that list a try and let us know if it works or not.

 

Wait, the link you gave for removing my xbox live account explains how to add my profile if I deleted it. You mean I should delete it? how then?

 

How to remove an account from an Xbox One console:

Removing your account may not help in your particular situation, since you still show as being a free member (an account not being tied to any form of Xbox Live gold).

May I ask if your issue were raised after the latest update to your console's OS (10.0.14393.1018)?

Have you reached out to Xbox Live phone support for your region/country?

Just tried removing my account, power cycling and adding it back in. Didn't work

 

Update: Never mind, seems my region was set to the US for some reason. I migrated it to Israel and it now works.
