    I have given up.


    I need to get this off of my chest before I really do smash my one x. I have had the worst possible time with my black box. I do not physically understand how a single system can have so many issues and problems. I've had it repaired 4 times and they did
    the exact same thing every time. I supposedly have a harddrive issue but apparently it's not just that but it seems no one else cares or I would not be here right now. I really hope someone can direct me somewhere that can help me because I have contacted
    support more times in a year than I have ever contacted my mom. I just really need to say this before I actually take a hammer to my xbox. Honestly that sounds like a good option now.

    Im sorry you're experiencing this with your Console Gavin, this is really not something anyone deserves to happen to them.

    Is there a chance the people repairing the device are not doing it well? is it possible to find another repair place in your area maybe? or contact the MS support team and possibly send it in for repairs.

    That is the absolute worst and I'm sorry you're going through something like that. I would recommend you go into an actual Microsoft Store. You'd be surprised on what they are willing to do for costumers. Explain your situation and frustration and I'm
    sure they will help you. Could even possibly replace it for you.

    Sorry that you are having issues gamer. Unfortunately electronics are massed produced nowadays and quality checks are not done one every item/device but randomly

    I am a difficult customer. I do not accept "repairs" if it still under warranty. I demand a refund and then I'll buy a new device

    Short of pointing you back to Xbox Support all I can think to suggest is finding a certified repair shop or buy a new one. Probably not what you wanted to hear but it's all I can think of. Sorry you've had such a bad time of it.
