    I will save you all the crap, the tears and the frustration i have gone though since the last live update. I have tried xbox support many times, being on with them hours at a time, nothing works. I have done everything they told me, I have played with my
    router, I have done everything. so of course I have decided to do the update by blank cd. well I keep getting an error of disc is unreadable even though the blank disc is brand new! I just tried it by USB and I get this error code. 416b 417f 1600 267f C000

    I am sick and tired of trying to get connected to live when my Wii, and other systems have no problem. I hope some one can help me. because I am frustrated. my system is new, not modded or banned. hardly used anymore because of the trouble. It is a slim
    4 GB which is most likely a piece of crap system anyways. if no one can help im just going to junk it and give up.

    I get 2 codes 417F-42FE-1600-267F-C000-0185 and 417F-0000-0080-0300-8007-0070, when I test the connection it makes it all the way to testing xbox live connection and fails then says to update, wont update, then gives error codes

    Won't process update. Any help here?

    I followed the steps, power cycling the internet/xbox/replugging in the external HD I use for xbox memory and which holds the update. Same error message.

    Exact same problem!

    Same "40A3-416B-1380-267F-C000-0185" error code with "can't process the update" message after attempting April 1 2014 update on 360S. When I try a USB flash drive (FAT32 formatted with update in root) getting "40A3-416B-1600-267F-C000-0185" with "can't process
    the update".

    I also can't format internal 4GB memory, showing unformatted and will not format no matter how many times I try. Memory was working fine before update attempt.

    I also can not connect to Xbox Live, never had an issue signing before the update attempt.

    Maybe the update can't be processed without being signed into Xbox live, but I can't sign into Xbox Live without the update ?

    Out of warranty too...
