    I recently bought Xbox series X and I also have a 1TB external hard drive that I used on my Xbox One. When I put destiny 2 into my Xbox it asked me to install it onto the Xbox (I already have it installed on my hard drive).

    now I’d like to clear some space, it recommend that I uninstall some games that I have downloaded twice (e.g destiny 2).

    However, on my external hard drive it’s taking up 100GB, whereas on my Xbox it’s taking up 134GB, if I was to uninstall destiny 2 from my external hard drive, will I lose anything? (E.g progress)

    Xbox 360 partitioned space and cant access my stuff

    I have alsmot the exact same problem. I moved my xbox one and now it won’t recognize my external storage and says I have way less storage available than I know I do. All the games that I play are uninstalled because they were installed to my external storage.
    Someone please help!!

    Hey I have tried clearing the game cache, local Xbox 360 Storage, uninstalling and reinstalling, hard resetting, factory resetting, and cleaning out the inside of the system. So far nothing has shown even the slightest
    performance upgrade. I am using an external storage device have uninstalled from it unplugged it and reinstalled onto the internal storage. My assumption at this point is an issue with the RAM.

    I can’t play, uninstall or reinstall fortnite.

    I’m using an xbox one S and no i have no external storage attached it was downloaded onto my xbox. And i forgot to mention that even when i uninstall the game when i restart my xbox it shows up in the games tab still. Not sure if that’s further relevant but i forgot to add it to my initial question.

    To start out, are you installing the games to your Xbox One console's internal storage, or do you have an external storage device? If you're using external storage, try uninstalling one of the games and installing it your internal storage to see if there's
